At Mansfield University we are working to implement additional sustainable business practices. Following is an example of a few things we are doing this year:            

• Offer Fair Trade Coffee at Jazzman's
• Buying locally
• Selling reusable mug and discounting to have them refilled on campus
• Recycle
• New Napkin Holders- We have replaced all "bulk dispensing" napkin holders with single sheet dispensers. The napkins we are now using are 100% recycled.
• Use Green Cleaning Product
• Trayless Tuesdays, which we hope to impliment on a daily basis
• Working to improve our composting program

	Food Alliance: Sustainable products are those considered to be environmentally friendly and socially responsible, and Food Alliance certified farmers must meet strict standards in reducing the use of pesticides, conserving natural resources and wildlife habitats conservation and providing safe and fair conditions for their workers.
